heath and well being

is there something happening to your body when siting at the computer?
..desk dimension 
..posture in chair and seating hight ;should be at 90 degrees 
...feet placement; feet should be firmly on the ground and flat
...position of monitor;it should be directly in line with your face(when looking straight you haft to be at eye level )
....keyboard and mouse relative;they should be the same level as your elbows...
...exercise; tate brakes each every hour
