paper out ; its when the printer is out of paper meaning there is no paper in the paper tray. you need to open the paper tray and place more paper inside in order to fix it .
paper jam; when the printer says it is jammed it means there has been an error with the operation mean there is a piece of paper stuck in the printer. to fix this you must open the printer and fee the paper through till it is dislodged.
load A4 paper ; when you want to load A4 paper you need to set the tray to the A4size then you will need to set the printer up for A4
printer offline; when the printers offline you wont be able to print you information. in order to fix this you must restart the printer
