Paper out: When the Printer says out of paper it means there is no paper in the paper in the tray. To fix this you need open the paper tray add more paper then shut the paper tray again.
Paper jam: When the printer says it is jammed it means there is a piece of paper stuck in the printer. To fix this you need to open the printer and feed the paper through till it is dislodged.
Load A4 paper: When you want to load A4 paper you need to set the tray to the A4 size. Then you need to set the printer up for A4.
Printer Offline: When the printer the printer says it is of line it means you wont be able to print. To fix this you need to restart the printer
